Services and Fees

Individual therapy provides a compassionate, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with the support of a trained professional.

In our sessions, we’ll spend 50 focused minutes on the issues that are most important to you, whether you're looking to manage symptoms of anxiety or depression, work through a life transition, improve your relationships, or deepen your sense of identity and self-worth. Sessions are available either weekly or bi-weekly, based on your needs and preferences, and can take place in the convenience and comfort of your own home through a secure, HIPAA-compliant online platform. For those who prefer an in-person experience, I also welcome clients to my office in Petaluma, CA, where we can work face-to-face in a warm and private setting.

In our first few sessions, we’ll discuss what has brought you to therapy, identify your goals, and work together to create a personalized plan that feels supportive and effective. Throughout our work together, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make positive changes in your life. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach, so together, we will adapt our work to best support your growth and healing every step of the way.

Psychotherapy

Consultation. I provide a complementary 15 minute consultation to determine if I am the right fit for you.

Fee. My fee is comparable to other psychologists in the bay area. Please contact me for details.

Insurance. I am an out-of network provider for PPO insurance plans. Most PPO plans provide some reimbursement for psychotherapy. You are responsible for determining what mental health benefits your plan covers, and I will provide monthly statements to assist you in the reimbursement process.
